Terms and conditions.

My work is original and each painting or ceramic item is hand made/created by me. Every piece is unique and will show the marks of being created.

I often use recycled materials when I’m packaging works. All items are sent Royal Mail tracked 24hrs and orders are fulfilled 3-5 working days giving me time to pack your order and arrange for collection of courier. 

Postage from the website is set up for UK customers only but if you live in the USA, Australia or New Zealand- please get in touch with me via the contact form with the piece you are interested in, your full address, email and name and I will be happy to get a postage quote for you. I send art overseas regularly but I do not recommend some fragile ceramics to be sent. Please get in touch for guidance on ceramic sculptures.

All work is insured against postage loss. If a parcel arrives and your art is damaged in transit - I require you to photograph the item damaged along with the packaging so I can process a claim. I do not accept liability for damages after arrival and all damages must be notified to me within 24hrs of receipt - therefore I ask you to open your parcel immediately on receipt.

I want you to be happy with your chosen art work and offer a five day grace period on paintings over £250 if you would like to return the piece. Postage must be covered by yourself and delivered back with the same care and service it was delivered. This is a service I offer for paintings only and not ceramics.

Alternatively you can arrange a studio visit to come and see all available art at my home in Bedfordshire. I can recommend places to stay in the area and things to do.
